Who is Melinda Snodgrass anyway?

After eight years as a novelist which included the publication of her CIRCUIT trilogy, and co-creating, editing, and writing for the Wild Card series, Melinda began her career as a story editor on STAR TREK:TNG, and wrote the Writer's Guild Award nominated script THE MEASURE OF A MAN. She worked for REASONABLE DOUBTS, and PROFILER, wrote six pilots, and had one produced and aired, STAR COMMAND. She is currently working on the third book in the EDGE series, has delivered the first book in a new urban fantasy series, and is starting on the second.  She has two screenplays currently under consideration in Hollywood.

Happy New Year

I'm so glad 2008 is almost over.  It was a year of great joy -- Obama's election, and great personal sorrow for me.  There was the high of having my book published after a long hiatus from prose writing.  There has been the extreme insecurity created by the meltdown of the financial markets.  There's been my wonderful new horse.  I guess I'm more on the plus side then the minus side, but it has been a hell of a year.

Mostly I can't wait to see the last of the toxic, Constitution destroying Bush administration.

Everyone have a happy and safe New Year's celebration.  See you in 2009.
