I’ve been looking at the boxes of remaindered books that I’ve accumulated, and realized that I have to divest myself of these books.
I’m not comfortable selling my books, and thanks to a wonderful suggestion by my friend Ty Frank I am going to be instituting a new feature on my website. If a reader makes a $25.00 donation to any of the charities that will be listed, and will email me proof of that donation I will send them an autographed copy of one of my books.
There will be a list of available titles. Once a title is gone it will be removed from the list. There will be Wild Card books, and Edge books, and even some Very Large Array.
My webmaster and I are setting this up now. Once I have written up the rules we’ll go live with this. You won’t have to pay for postage. I’ll cover that. Just make a donation to a good cause.
Btw Pat Rothfuss does something similar with his Worldbuilders. I donated a big box of books to that cause, and you can find all the information here.

Blush. Thank you, Rand. I’m sorry I haven’t gotten it all in place yet, but I’ve just been smashed with work. Took another run at the Coldest War script tonight, and spent all day working on that short story for GRRM and Gardner. Meanwhile the third urban fantasy is sitting patiently on the back burner, and I’m halfway through Edge 3 and I really want to get that book finished. Oh, and I have an Old Mars story to write by June 1st. And at some point Universal will sign off on the outline, and want me to write the Wild Card’s script.
Worth the wait. Keep up the great work, pace yourself, & I’ll stand by however long it takes in excited anticipation for all of your wondrous creations.
